MTJ Management, LLC operates strictly as a subcontracting and transportation management company. We do not provide direct transportation services unless expressly stated in a written agreement.
By accessing or using this website or our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.
2. Nature of Services (Subcontracting Disclosure)
MTJ Management, LLC acts as an independent subcontractor and/or coordinator and may engage third-party drivers, vendors, or transportation providers (“Subcontractors”) to perform services.
MTJ Management, LLC does not guarantee the availability, performance, or conduct of Subcontractors beyond contractual obligations.
Subcontractors operate as independent entities, not employees or agents of MTJ Management, LLC.
Any claims arising from services performed by Subcontractors must be directed in accordance with applicable agreements and law.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, branding, logos, text, and materials on this website are owned by or licensed to MTJ Management, LLC.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view the website for personal and informational use only.
4. Restrictions
You may not:
Republish or redistribute website material
Sell or commercialize content
Use the website for unlawful purposes
Attempt to damage, hack, or disrupt website operations

Your breach of these Terms
Actions of your child or dependents
Use of services or website content
9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Illinois, unless otherwise required by law.
10. Modifications
MTJ Management, LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.
Refund & Return Policy (Transportation Services)
No Physical Goods
MTJ Management, LLC does not sell physical products. All payments are for service-based transportation coordination and subcontracted services.
Registration & Administrative Fees
All registration, administrative, and reservation fees are non-refundable.
Fees secure scheduling, routing, subcontractor coordination, and administrative processing.
Tuition & Service Fees
Payments are due in advance.
No refunds are issued for:
Absences
Illness
Early dismissal
Missed rides
Voluntary non-use of services
Weather-related closures follow district policies as outlined in the Parent Agreement.
Cancellations
A two-week written notice is required to cancel services.
Failure to provide notice results in:
One week of tuition
Applicable cancellation or termination fees
Refunds are not issued for partial service periods.
Service Disruptions
MTJ Management, LLC is not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by:
Weather
School closures
Subcontractor availability
Mechanical issues
Government or district directives
Chargebacks
Unauthorized chargebacks will result in:
Immediate suspension of services
Responsibility for all chargeback fees
Possible collections action
Parent & Guardian Agreement (Summary Notice)
By enrolling, parents/guardians acknowledge and accept:
Subcontracted transportation services
Safety policies and conduct rules
Waiver of liability including COVID-19 risks
Payment obligations regardless of attendance
Termination policies and fees
(Full Parent Agreement applies and supersedes where applicable.)
